If we are not up and about to match your pleasure and inability to rectify any difficulty, we accept returns for refunds or replace on all diamonds jewelry, within 30 days of the date of shipment.
Diamond Exotica will be unable to help the customer in case if the items’ are worn, altered or damaged in any way. Without original documentation and packaging materials the items will not be accepted.
- As a privileged customer of Diamond Exotica, you can avail a full-refund on return of the Diamond Jewelry within 30 days of shipment.
- Procurement made from credit-card will only be credited to the same card, when refunded.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refund for your credit will appear on your credit-card statement within a monthly billing cycle.
- Customs and duty charges are owed by the customer if returns are shipped from outside the United States. Confirm with the customer service executive at Diamond Exotica prior to shipping your return.
- Return of partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Existing balance amount, in case will be paid first before refunding.
- You can avail a replacement, so as to exchange it for another selection, within 30 days of shipment from Diamond Exotica. (Credit for the price of the item will be issued by us for replacement, less any additional shipping upgrades you have purchased.) Later you can apply this credit for purchase of any other selection. In case if the new item cost more than the credit allotted to you, we will charge you the variance. Any more queries call for our customer service at Diamond Exotica.
- Please note, Engraved jewelry items exclusive of Wedding rings might not be refunded. In case, if wedding engraved rings are returned, the engraving charge will be non-refundable.
ORGANIZE A RETURN:
Creations of Diamond Exotica are exceptionally expensive; logically during shipment special precautions are mandatory.
Please follow the instructions to return diamond jewelry to Diamond Exotica:
- In order to process a return speak to DE Customer Service department.
- Consign your diamond jewelry within the original jewel box. Please make sure to include all packaging, the diamond certificate. The diamond certificate bears a $250.00 replacement fee.
- Generally a return box is included in your original package or you can use any standard plain box, they are available at the post offices. Set your item in it and cover the box with brown mailing paper.
- Mention your order number as found on your invoice on the box next to the shipping address.
- Ship the items by registered US mail to the address to our Customer Service Department.
- Diamond Exotica will not be responsible for return shipping losses. (Avoid mentioning ‘Diamond Exotica’ to protect the item against theft or loss.)
- Please request a return-receipt for your records.
- Request for returns or replacement will be progressed after the assessment and authentication of the condition of jewelry is reviewed by Quality Department- Jewelry.
- To process the receipt for the item, it approximately requires ten business days.
- Notification will be given to our customer on conclusion of processing.
In case if you request for a refund, then your account will be credited within seven days of this notification.
